I’m looking at a necklace,
Which once held a heart.
But the string and pendant,
Were torn apart.
Just like me.
I’m looking at a necklace,
To the ground it clattered.
And the fragile glass heart,
Well, it shattered.
Just like me.
Then looking at a necklace,
Others tried to bend.
But glass will only break,
And it’s extremely hard to mend.
Just like me.
I’m looking at a necklace,
One person can hold it together.
But it can’t be glued,
And they can’t hold on forever…
